Head of Department - Bychkovsky Alexander Mikhaylovich was born on November 24, 1958 in the Krasnoe village of Pruzhany district, Brest region, Belarus. Nationality - Belarusian. In 1976 he graduated from secondary school after name of N.Ostrovsky of Borodulikha district, EKR. In May, 1977 passed service in rows of Soviet Army. He began his career with 1980, adopted the Chairman of the District Committee for Physical Culture and Sport Borodulikha district where he worked until September 1991. Since January 2002 he was appointed Director of CYSS of Borodulikha district of EKR.
From January 2006 to April 2006, the Acting Head of department of Physical Education and Sport of Borodulikha district. From April 2007 to October 2008 worked as a guidance counselor for Physical Culture and Sport Borodulikha Department of Education. On December 18, 2008 - present Head of Department of Physical Education and Sport of Borodulikha district of EKR. He is married and has three children.
Organization of work for the implementation of state policy in the sphere of physical culture, sport and tourism. Implementation of the organizational and methodological guidance of public, sports organizations and the coordination of their activities. Coordinating plans for sports events organized in conjunction with other government agencies, is developing a uniform schedules of sports events and competitions. Participates in formulating and implementing state policy in the sphere of physical culture and sports. Preparation of the sports reserve and athletes of regional and national level. Participates in establishing and strengthening material-technical base of physical culture and sports district. Promotion of the sport movement in the area, and within their competence, training for physical culture and sport, improve their skills. Competitions in national and traditional sports and games.
